Refund policy
As seating for our events is limited and reservations are carefully planned in advance, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our refund policy. Cancellations made up to 60 hours before the event are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 hours of the event cannot be refunded, as your seat has been reserved specifically for you. If you have a special or unforeseen circumstance, please feel free to contact the organizer and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and support.
